Rob oversees daily operations, coordinates sales, and manages customer relations for Snorkel New Zealand. Having been with the company for over 20 years, he began as a welder and was promoted to Production Manager, then Managing Director and now President of Snorkel New Zealand.
With over 30 years at Snorkel New Zealand, Sue is truly at the heart of the business. She oversees all financial services and office administration for the company, including customer service such as handling incoming enquiries, equipment scheduling and coordinating deliveries.
With the company since 2010, Nelson has been in the industry for more than 20 years with extensive knowledge of all access equipment brands. He has 16 years' experience servicing machines and 5 years as a regional service manager for the largest hire company in New Zealand.
National Service Manager
Simon provides a high level of technical service and troubleshooting for all Snorkel lifts in the field. Starting as a product assembler in 1986, Simon has more than 32 years experience with Snorkel, and is focused on delivering fast and reliable product support to customers nationwide.
Craig Van Stratum
Engineering, System & Production Planning
Craig is located at the Levin facility, and works closely with the research and development team. He is also involved with system management, and scheduling and implementing the build plan for the assembly facility, which includes supplying lead times for customer orders.
