With the company since 2010, Nelson has been in the industry for more than 20 years with extensive knowledge of all access equipment brands. He has 16 years' experience servicing machines and 5 years as a regional service manager for the largest hire company in New Zealand.
Simon Mulhane
National Service Manager
Simon provides a high level of technical service and troubleshooting for all Snorkel lifts in the field. Starting as a product assembler in 1986, Simon has more than 32 years experience with Snorkel, and is focused on delivering fast and reliable product support to customers nationwide.
Tarquin Brooks
Engineering Manager
Based at the Snorkel assembly facility in Levin, Tarquin leads research and development and works closely with the service team to design and continuously improve the product line. Tarquin has more than 15 years experience with Snorkel.

Joining the Snorkel NZ team in 2022 with a diverse background in Operations, Engineering and maintenance across various industries, Jonno oversees the daily operations, sales, and customer relations for the New Zealand Business.
